Donnie spent the 2008 season playing for the Tucson Sidewinders, AAA affiliate of the Arizona Diamondbacks. Although we can't say that we loved Tucson, we did meet some wonderful friends there and had the opportunity to do and see some things out west that we never imagined doing or seeing! Here's a quick run-down: 
-Donnie added some new cities to his been-there list; Round Rock, TX, Albuquerque, NM, Las Vegas, NV, Tacoma/Seattle, WA, Portland, OR, Fresno & Sacramento, CA, New Orleans, LA, Colorado Springs, CO, Salt Lake City, UT, and Oklahoma City, OK.-Carrie had the opportunity to work an FCA basketball camp in Flagstaff, AZ. She and the Galbraith's made it down to Tombstone, AZ. Carrie travelled back east to Indianapolis to visit her brother for a week and see some friends.

-The Grand Canyon, AZ
-Mt. Rushmore, SD
